About

Suzannah is a somatics-informed yoga teacher based in South London, offering Vinyasa, Yin and Pre/Postnatal classes that weave embodied movement into every session. She teaches in studios, leads her own weekly community classes, works with private clients and runs corporate sessions - all with a focus on accessibility, connection and community.Before teaching in London, Suzannah spent nine months training and teaching across Asia, deepening her understanding of yoga as a lived, embodied practice. Her diverse experience allows her to hold inclusive, responsive spaces, guided by a somatic, participant-led approach.Suzannah’s teaching empowers people to listen to their bodies, explore their own movement and find their unique expression through yoga.
