A gentle-paced, grounding flow class allowing extra time in poses for a deeper stretch, ending with a mini meditation & extended savasana.Whether you're a complete beginner or a seasoned yogi, this class is perfect for anyone looking to unwind and de-stress. About

Suzannah is a somatics-informed yoga teacher based in South London, UK. She teaches Vinyasa, Slow Flow, Postnatal and Yin, weaving embodied movements across all styles.Suzannah teaches regular studio classes, as well as her own weekly community classes and charity classes working with both Hestia & Lumi Foundation. Throughout all of these classes, there is a strong focus on making yoga accessible and fostering connection & community.Her creative approach to sequencing is combined with a passion for all the ways in which yoga can improve our mental health and wellbeing - connecting body, breath & mind. Suzannah aims to empower people to listen to their bodies and find their own expression.
